According to a 2012 study, Cuba is the only country in the world to meet the conditions of sustainable development put forth by the WWF.
The population of Cuba is close to 13 million. The country is divided into 15 provinces and one special municipality (Isla de la Juventud). In July 2021, there were demonstrations against the government. US citizens can now travel directly to Cuba at certain times of the year. In the 2000s, tourism to Cuba began to make money for the island again. Cuba also tried to get tourists to visit the island.
In September 2024, OpenAI introduced o1-preview and a faster, cheaper model named o1-mini. OpenAI has not revealed technical details and statistics about GPT-4, such as the precise size of the model. Generative Pre-trained Transformer 4 (GPT-4) is a large language model developed by OpenAI and the fourth in its series of GPT foundation models. In August 2024, OpenAI announced it had created a text watermarking method but did not release it for public use, saying that users would go to a competitor without watermarking if it publicly released its watermarking tool. Shortly after the bug was fixed, users could not see their conversation history. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said that users were unable to see the contents of the conversations.
